Our gas central heating boiler has been faulty for several weeks and one plumber advised us that it was beyond repair and needed replacing, I obtained a second opinion from Scott who immediately identified the problem as a frozen condenser outlet pipe. He insulated the pipe, serviced the boiler and advised us that the boiler should be good for another 5 years! He is a Star, who has saved us the cost of a new boiler.
