After having British Gas for two years as well as a further year with My247 boiler services, we have had three separate “Services” over three years. I can honestly say none went to the lengths Climate solutions did. Furthermore, previous engineers attempted to charge us instead of repair serviceable items. The last engineer we had quoted us over £259 to fix a “problem” on our boiler. I refused on the day and waited till Climate solutions attended and they have completed serviced our boiler properly, and the problematic part simply needed a clean and all tests have passed. Climate solutions are the only engineers who have spent longer than 30 minutes on our boiler and I thoroughly recommend them. Polite, professional and don’t attempt to con you out of money like other big companies have tried. ????
