About five years ago he installed a walk-in shower for me. Richard was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me to decide on the specification. He undertook the installation efficiently and in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have working in my home. He went beyond what I would have expected in order to give me the best possible service.On the basis of his excellent work I engaged him again recently to carry out some kitchen plumbing alterations and for minor maintenance to my gas boiler. Richard sent an assistant technician on this occasion whom he had trained and who carried out the work with the same conscientious approach he had learned from Richard.
