What a fabulous company! Russ and his team fitted a solid roof to our conservatory. The whole process was efficient and stress free. Everyone assigned to each part of the build was polite and considerate. They all arrived on time; explained what they needed to do; undertook their part of the job professionally and cleaned up afterwards. The work was completed on time and is exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased that we accepted Russ’s quote (which was a bit more than another, but well worth the additional expense in our opinion). Having had a nightmare of an experience with the company in Tiverton who built the conservatory, we were very nervous about using another local family business, but our fears were definitely unfounded.
