This is to say that I cannot praise Alex Carrah highly enough in restoring to us our lost land-line and sorting out my wife’s laptop. He knows what he is doing, and does it supremely well, added to which he was patient and clear in explaining how we could better use our telephones in terms of internal transfer of calls. I should not hesitate to call on him again if need be.
