All my electrics went off and Mr Crowley first tried to help me over the phone which meant that he wouldn’t need to come which was encouraging. He did need to come, however, and arrived very quickly. He quickly identified the problem and solved it with a pleasant and good humoured manner. Any more problems and I shall phone him again.
