Olivia, Exeter – Delux Windows

Delux replaced all our windows (some were from 1993…!) and our 25 year old uPVC sun lounge was given a completely new modern feel by keeping our solid roof but replacing the frame with some beautiful new aluminium sliding doors and a new solid wall to turn it more into an extension of our kitchen. The house already feels degrees warmer and looks so much better and we are already using our extension more than the living room!Delux did the bulk of the work very efficiently, with everything installed within a few days and Dan, Alan and Terry did everything to an excellent standard! We appreciate all the individual components which go into this sort of work and things needing to be done in a certain order and at certain times. There could have been a little more communication on when people were going to turn up for the different jobs and as having never had building work before we didn’t know how and when everything would be done and as my husband and I both work full time we had to manage our diaries a bit in advance. However, everything panned out well in the end and it was all finished by the end of the second week (minus the painting I need to do!). We had a few queries and issues which were dealt with very quickly!It looks amazing and the work has been done to a very high standard and our cat loves the new warm extension 😀 I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Delux!Thank you for all your hard work!
