After looking at work and getting quotes from several Marshalls approved installers for our driveway and patio, we decided on Urban Earth. This was down to responsiveness, flexibility and approachability and well as the ideas and suggestions they made for the site. They were not the cheapest quote, but looking at the work they had completed elsewhere and their approach to the project, we felt confident they would do an excellent job for us. We managed to work together around some of the challenges of the site and come up with a plan and agreed costings that achieved what we wanted. Phil’s team of Ashley and Melchoir worked hard over the period of the project and were always keen to do the best job they could, not just complete the job. They consulted us about options and decisions where needed, including us in the process as well as making helpful suggestions.They had great attention to detail and were very obliging and resourceful when we asked for thing to be done a particular way. They came in on budget and on schedule and we are delighted with the job they have done for us.
