Martin, Sidmouth – Colin Payne

I’ve just had a ‘past it use by date’ conservatory replaced by a brick & bifold orangery. With the building work completed I was anxious to get the interior done to make it perfect. I wanted a mature, perfectionist career decorator; willing to do the odds-and-sods finishing touch-ups i.e. re-flushing the cat flap etc. I wanted someone local to potentially call on for little jobs in future. I got all that with Colin Payne; 40 yrs experience/traditional approach.Picked him out on OurLocalExpert on Monday (13/5/19). He visited to quote that evening and completed the work over Tuesday & Wednesday the 14th & 15th. All done in 3 days, brilliant job. Will use again without hesitation and suggest that you do the same. A bonus for me; he loves animals/nature and humour!
