The Croquet Club in Budleigh Salterton has a substantial and ancient ‘Hoop-Setters Hut’ dating back to the early 20th Century. Following some timber replacements, this tired-looking weatherboard Hut was subject to intense surface sanding down (several layers of peeling paint) prior to the application of “Murfill” long-life breathable coating. Subject to interruption by inclement weather, the work took several days and has been completed to a high standard of finish. Patrick, one of Simon’s painters, operated diligently & thoughtfully, integrating his activities with those of a busy Members’ club. A highly satisfactory result!
