We asked Lucy to help us with some interior designs for our home. We met 3 x designers in total, but Lucy was the most down to earth, she really listened to us both, and talked to us more like friends than customers.
We asked her for special designs and moodboards – she listened and understood what we wanted, then prepared four different options. At that point, it wasn't like 'job done' – she really had time for us, she was interested to know what we thought of the suggestions, and made it clear she was available if we wanted any further help or adjustments. I'd be very happy to recommend her to others.
