I booked a boiler service with South West Plumbing. On the day I received a text to say the engineer was en route. Soon afterwards I was texted a photo of the engineer. This was a very positive start. From start to finish everything was carried out in the most professional standard possible. The engineer was meticulous in everything he did, even to mark the slats so that they were put back in the same place.Despite the boiler being of some age, there was never any hard sell and the prices of the parts were pointed out throughout the service. The boiler has never worked as well in the last 4 years, running silently and well.I would have no hesitation in giving this firm the highest recommendation possible. Absolutely superb, thank you.
