Our AGA went out yesterday and, coincidentally it turned out, the boiler was misbehaving. Luke was available at short notice (no one else was) and he was here within 24 hours. He checked the tank and oil line; no problems there. He found a blocked jet in the AGA and a too-dusty optical sensor in the boiler. He serviced the AGA and fixed both problems. Once he’d finished the service work he then helped us clean the top of the AGA and left us with a pot of Astonish (it works). Both AGA and boiler now working. Luke is a good guy to have in your phone book. Thank you.
