Moving into an old house, we discovered that the boiler had multiple problems. We had a heating engineer come out and look at it which we shan’t go into the details on here, but to say it was not a great experience is putting it mildly.Having read the the glowing reports on his service we thought we would give Alan a try. Glad we did, quiet, considerate, and a perfect gent. There was quite a lot wrong with the system, including the radiators being silted up with sludge, a faulty non return valve and several other things that he put right. All that he did, he explained why he did it and what effects they where having on the system, he also showed me the faulty parts as he removed them. It took a while to sort out, but we will if necessary use him again and recommend him as we are here. He is a guy that knows his way around a heating system. And loves his job.Thanks Alan,
