I had ordered a new computer, because the window system on my old computer had become out of date. I had no idea how to do this. Alex Carrah came to my home and transferred everything from my old computer to the new one and showed me how to make it work. He did this very well and conscientiously, and I have been able to use the new computer successfully since then. It took about 3.5 hours of continuous steady work by him. I am most appreciative.
