Having been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, I have been trying different treatments and therapists over the past few months to find something to help with my mobility and pain. I know there is no cure, but I have hoped to find something that might bring some relief and make it manageable. I have seen a physiotherapist, oseopath, had several massages and accupuncture. All have given slight temporary relief for a few days. But Kate’s massages have definitely proved to be the most beneficial for me. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, instinctively homes in on all the areas causing pain, and significantly eases it. I have to climb the stairs slowly, holding on to the banister and going up left foot first onto each stair. After a session with her yesterday, I actually ran up the stairs this morning with both legs able to take equal pressure with mimimal discomfort. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
