We found Dennis to be polite, helpful and considerate. The carpets look brilliant at the moment, but they are still damp.The initial result is looking promising.Dennis has also given us piece of mind that if we are not happy to give him a ring.At this moment in time we will definatly consider recommending him.Thank you Dennis
