This isn’t a knock on Trevor himself – when I’ve managed to speak to him he’s been very pleasant, and I don’t doubt that he does an excellent job, given the other reviews. However, having first contacted him over three months ago to try and sort out a quote on some decking for early summer, as well as sent two emails (one very detailed) and subsequently chased him by phone for a commitment on timing, I have just now been told to look elsewhere. I know the weather has been atrocious, and I know that he’s been very busy, but if I’ve effectively been waiting on him, having initially requested aid months in advance of other people, only then to be told that he has recently given lots of quotes out to other people… well, it leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I’m disappointed that he won’t be doing the work, and I wish him all the best; however I’m also massively disappointed in the service.
