They haven’t just gone the extra mile, they’ve gone the 3rd, 4th and fifth mile. I’m disabled so I really only get out of the house to go to the hospital. I wanted a new bed, but I couldn’t go to see it. They allowed my home-help to visit their showroom, and they took photos to show me the different choices.They brought it yesterday, fitting the headboard for me, even fitting a sheet onto the bed for me. They saw I had cleared items to make room for them, and they offered to put these back for me. I am so grateful. They are exceptional. They provided a service you’re not used to and just don’t get elsewhere anymore.
