I instructed Jonathan to act as project manager for the renovation project which he did from start to finish. During that time he arranged for a work schedule and found the relevant local workmen and materials to complete each job as they were required.I found Jonathan and Baker and Baker very professional in all the work they arranged for me and were always available for help and advice when needed. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future and say that they were good value for money for what they did for me.They arranged the following: renew the electrics, replace windows and permission to do so, oil heating, rebuilding a gable end, plastering, rendering, fitting new kitchen, new gates anddriveway, painting , new bathroom and en-suite, fitting and to recondition a log burner, replace some beams and window sills.
