Alan was punctual, clean and tidy. We had a repetitive loud noise from the boiler enough to wake the kids at night and have had two other plumbers (one changed the fan) but neither were able to diagnose the problem or suggest any way to solve the issue.Thanks to Alan we are now sorted and although it took some time to get to the nub of the problem our boiler is now running beautifully again.
