Delux replaced a large sliding window for me. Their fixed-price quote was based on an on-site survey to confirm the situation and the dimensions. Graeme – the surveyor – did a great job: he arrived at the arranged time and answered all of our questions. He is clearly very experienced in his role and that gave us a lot of confidence, as Delux was new to us. The window was built by another company in Exeter and the lorry with the new window and the fitters from Delux – Alex and Seb – all turned up at the arranged time. Alan and Seb were very polite and talked me through what was going to happen on the day and then got on with it with no fuss. They made good the works and tidied up after themselves and so the door installation was fully finished on their departure. At the end they showed me how to use the door and talked me through the inspection checklist that we did together. And the original fixed-price quote held and so I had no more extras to pay for. All in all a very positive experience. From my experience Delux appears to have a commitment to quality and customer care and I will definitely use them again.
