I wish to leave a very positive review about the most efficient and excellent service which we received from the Lock Monkey yesterday 10th March 2023.Our door lock would not work which meant that we could not leave the house because we could not lock-up and leave the house secure. In fact the door lock was broken. A charming young lady came within a very short time of my telephoning for help. She diagnosed the problem immediately; fitted a new lock which she had in her van, and the whole task was completed very smoothly.I cannot recommend the Lock Monkey more highly.The Local Expert is an invaluable publication without which we could not have had our door lock repaired so efficiently and quickly by a most efficient company as the Lock Monkey.
