Would highly recommend, i honestly cannot fault them. All three were reliable, tidy and honest. I will definitely use them again in the future. Peter was given a list” of plumbing and electric jobs to do and all was completed efficiently. Paul then fixed a wall surrounding my gas fire which was cracking ( shoddy workmanship on initial installation of gas fire) Thank you Peter

What pleased us most was the speed with which things got done. It was a very small job and we phone on a Thursday and were offered an appointment for the following Tuesday. The plumber turned up pretty much at exactly the appointment time and did the work with attention to detail. I had some radiators removed and replaced , job was done in one morning and included patching the wall where one radiator was removed . Excellent job , great guys would throughly recommend them .

Pete and his whole team have completed an amazing refurbishment of my property. Their workmanship is to an excellent standard, they provide great advice and were responsive to all the twists and turns in the project. They also made some really helpful suggestions which I welcomed!All in all they made what was initially bit of a disaster into a well maintained house to be proud of. They were also really good at communicating progress and did what they said they would do to time and cost.

My kitchen sink tap needed replacement and after several unanswered calls from various local plumbers I posted a query on the local Facebook group. The wox was recommended and I messaged them before 8am, and amazingly Max the plumber arrived at 11am the same day. Excellent service friendly and efficient and good value too. Top marks and will definitely be in touch next time I need a plumber. Thank you!

We are so pleased to have engaged The Worx Devon Ltd to change our redundant shower room into a light and airy laundry/utility area and our previous utility room into a space of beautifully fitted storage cupboards. We are delighted with our new bathroom – installed by Paul and Max. Due to the age of our house they faced challenges throughout the job, but they tackled each problem with calm professionalism. From initial contact The Worx have been exceptional, clear and in depth advice given as to what heating solution would best meet our needs. Done without any hard sell and the quotation given gave us 3 options. Work was done on schedule whilst we were away and all was done before our return. We have had several trades people working on our house during our renovation and we have had some good and bad experiences. I can’t thank The Worx enough after our boiler broke and we were left with no heating and hot water. Kelly arranged for Peter to come around the following day and he had our boiler fixed in less than an hour. Extremely friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable and a really reasonable bill for such a quick call out and for the work he did to get our very old boiler up and running again. The Worx Devon LTD are the most fantastic company to deal with. We had our shower pump replaced today and it is the quietest it’s ever been. The company who fitted it originally never did a good job fitting our new bathroom and pump and have had several problems show with it. Peter Barlow and his team have done an amazing job transforming my Mum’s bathroom into a beautiful shower room. We have just had our bathroom completely redesigned. The works carried out by Plumbworx was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The guys were very knowledgeable in the removal of the old equipment and flooring and the complete installation of the new equipment. Every evening every thing was left neat and tidy with no mess. Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship was excellent. Plumbworx team of professionals spent just over a week refitting my ensuite bathroom in late August 2021. Right from the start the team were courteous, careful and considerate of the house and the fact we were home working. The team kept us posted on progress throughout and communicated anything unexpected early. The end result was a beautiful new ensuite bathroom, which functions as well as it looks. PLUMBWORX provided an excellent , impressive service when my Baxi boiler stopped working a few weeks ago . I had already had a visit from a different local plumbing team but had been given 2 expensive options and suggested the boiler needed replacement I asked plumbworx for a second opinion and were able to diagnose the problem , replace the part at a reasonable cost . Plumbworx offer an outstanding level of customer service and their work is of the highest standard. I recently had to move at short notice and needed to let our house asap! To our surprise we failed our gas safety certificate with only a week to go before our tenants moved in. A great recommendation.Arrived promptly as arranged for the initial assessment of the job and made very useful comments about the best way to tackle a difficult job. He managed to fit in a full 7 days work around bookings in our holiday cottage and I felt happy to trust to his judgement in completing the job in our absence.I haven’t seen it yet but he has emailed me photos and our housekeeper says it has been well done.

We had occasion to need help recently with a few teething problems in a house recently purchased and also for the boiler in the old house. We found that he communicated well, turned up on time (every time!) and was very thorough in the work that he did. He worked late to get the job finished and nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely pleased with Paul’s work in our property on two occasions. He first fixed our gas installation when we first bought the house and did various bits of plumbing around, working to a high standard. We called him again to fit an en-suite bathroom upstairs and were amazed with the quality of the work. He designed and built the bathroom all by himself (except for a bit of electricity for which he called an electrician as he is not qualified).
