  Leon is professional and conscientous. His work is first class and he will not leave until he has completed everything necessary. He explains any points of safety regarding appliances. He has just fitted a new water heater for us and left the kitchen so clean and tidy one would not have known he had worked there. First class all round.

  When my boiler leaked late in the evening, Leon came straightway to look at it, stopped the leak and promised to come next day to replace the leaking part. He was cheerful throughout (despite the lateness of the hour), efficient, and explained what needed doing before continuing.Unbelievably good service! Thanks Leon

  Cannot praise Leon enough. Had a problem with my boiler. Found Leon thanks to Our Local Expert. He picked up my call straight away and offered to extend his day to come and sort the boiler. He came and fixed it and gave it a full service with a report, was very friendly and incredibly knowledgable. Highly recommended.

  My heating stopped working over the weekend. Leon took my call, and came out to visit me on a Saturday even though he was moving office. He identified the problem within 15minutes, and told me he would be able to source the part and fit if for me on the Monday. He has just been and done that. He’s a good lad, and I am delighted to have my warm house back again!

  Very efficient, very pleasant with his approach. He explained what he did with my boiler, he answered questions I had about if I leave the property (on holiday). I felt very safe under the circumstances of the pandemic to have him in my home when I needed my boiler servicing. I would certainly recommend him, and have recommended him to neighbours who have also been happy with his work.

  I’ve been using him for a few years – particularly for boiler servicing. I’ve also recommended him to my mum and,my Dad. He’s very, very good for all gas-related stuff – for example he fitted my Dad’s oven. He’s reliable, and he’s not out to rip anyone off.

  He’s amazing – I use him for my own house and a little cottage in Honiton. My previous plumber couldn’t find the problem – some sort of trapped runaway from the boiler, and it was him who recommended Leon to me.The flat where I live is in a big old house – I asked Leon to quote for a new boiler. He really went to town tracing everything under the floorboards to understand the whole system. He also draws on people who are really knowledgeable.He’s very reliable, a really good find.I trust him so much that I am happy for… [read more]my tenant to phone him directly – he was recently called to find a leak in the bath (which turned out to be only due to the fitting of a shower screen).   Leon answered his phone when I rang, no need to leave a message. He called around on the same day to find out what the problem was with my old boiler, ordered the part and fixed it the next day. He is a very knowledgeable chap and nice and friendly and a fair price I highly recommend him.

  Leon came out on Saturday when we were without hot water and desperate. He warned during the phone conversation that if a part was needed he could not get one until Monday as no trade sales open but that he would come out anyway to look at the heater. As it was he was able to fix the water heater immediately without the need for new parts and the cost was most reasonable..   I had a problem with my boiler – not holding the pressure, dripping water down the wall. He is the agent for the boiler I have – trained on the model I have! He did a nice job, very quickly and resolved the issue very quickly indeed.
