We contacted Terry to knock down our garage and replace it with a larger driveway. From the start Terry was cheerful, thoughtful and even made suggestions we had not thought of to make it easier and more accessible for us. Terry and his team transformed a large outdoor area combining patio, paths and steps by fixing loose slabs, replacing the old/cracked cement joins with resin and deep cleaning every single flagstone. It’s like having a completely new patio – amazing! At the same time an unsightly, cracked and part rerendered retaining wall was also made good before being cladded with wood battens which provided the perfect solution – and looks brilliant! The whole team appeared early one Thursday morning, worked through heavy showers and cleared up as they went along. They turned up early on Saturday morning to give the job its final touches. This involved taking down walls, building a stud wall, installing new windows and doors and installing a new kitchen. All of the ceilings needed to come down and we’re replaced. We used Terry to landscape our garden. It was a difficult site being a new build and sloping both towards the house and away to the side. He helped us design what we wanted and moved tons of soil to achieve the results we wanted. The original wall being built on a curve and incline made the use of a line and level impossible. Terry and his son Luke laid a huge area of 150 sqm of granite paving around our house. We cannot fault the care and attention to detail that was taken to achieve a really excellent job. The paving had to be laid with a tiny gap between each slab and with 4 different sizes of paving to create a good pattern was a real challenge. I can confirm that a perfect flat finish was achieved. A really lovely guy. They converted a garage into a 2nd lounge for our children. He had his sons working for him at the time. He brought the floor up, made a cupboard under the stairs.
