  Had the guys down at my farm to screed a barn for us in January 24, very helpfull from the start to finish, the whole process was no nonsense and they were very clean and tidy. Happy to recommend their services and a joy to deal with.

  When trying to select someone to help with our liquid screed, I spoke and had quotes from about 5 people before selecting Ross. Ross was so professional from the moment I spoke to him and sounded far more knowledgeable than the rest. He was able to give a whole load of suggestions as to the type of screed that would most suit the job. Interestingly, the one he suggested for us, CEM (a cement based liquid screed), was considered the absolute best by the limestone floor specialist from whom we bought our flagstones.   200 sq m (although I was aware that Ross had just done 1600 sq m at another house known to me close by). Ross was more than happy to visit site several times to ensure we were fully and correctly prepared. He was very communicative and fully available to discuss the job at all times. When the screed itself arrived from the suppliers Ross immediately realised it was not adequate and against the guidelines of CEM. He insisted on sending it back and reschedule another batch for the following day. This cost him a day’s work. I was so relieved to have someone with such high standards. Perhaps another screeder would have just got on a laid the inadequate concrete that had been supplied. Not Ross. The following day the new batch was supplied correctly and Ross was able to lay it perfectly giving a fabulous flawless finish. We look forward to welcoming Ross back to lay the screed in an outhouse in the garden next. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

  Fantastic job done. Very thorough and we had to redo the floor prep as Ross wasn’t happy. Nothing missed in terms of ensuring a great result.

  We have had Ross from south coast liquid screeding today again for the 6th time in about 7 months I can’t thank you guys enough for your first class work again , any one who needs any liquid screed give Ross a call you won’t be disappointed, very competitive also I must add.
