I have been using South West Plumbing for about 15years. In my opinion they
are a really excellent company. From first point of contact to the
engineers they are throughly professional and a pleasure to deal with.
The engineers turn up on time, are clean and tidy in their work and explain
anything that needs to be done.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

I have used South West Plumbing for many years, and have always found them to be helpful, efficient, pleasant to deal with and very professional in all aspects of work, from reception, to repairs and to servicing. I highly recommend them as a company. They have never disappointed and always rise to the challenge of trying to improve even further. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Having struggled obtaining any service from British Gas for the last few years I recently chose South West Plumbing Services to install a new boiler. The advice I received from the surveyor and the telephone support from the office staff have been brilliant. As far as the installation the engineers have been superb. Well done! I can thoroughly recommend this company!

I obtained three quotes for the boiler replacement I required and South West Plumbing won my confidence by their professional, quick response and reasonable competitive price for the job in hand. Bill Yeoman attended to do the survey. He was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding me to decide what would be my best solution. Later, he initiated a very good and comprehensive quotation for the work necessary and arranged for it to take place yesterday and the day before. All very professional. Friendly and helpful lady on the phone. Jerry the plumber was excellent. Very helpful and did a good job. Prices very reasonable.I wish we’d gone straight to you rather than the unreliable plumbers we started with. Will do next time.

Had a plumbing emergency at 10.30pm got the poor man out of bed and he was here in 10 mins. Polite cheerful and extremely helpful and efficient. Made sure everything shut down but cold water available. Cannot praise highly enough.

I booked a boiler service with South West Plumbing. On the day I received a text to say the engineer was en route. Soon afterwards I was texted a photo of the engineer. This was a very positive start. From start to finish everything was carried out in the most professional standard possible. The engineer was meticulous in everything he did, even to mark the slats so that they were put back in the same place.Despite the boiler being of some age, there was never any hard sell and the prices of the parts were pointed out throughout the service…. A top-rate company. South West Plumbing undertook a re-design and upgrade to an existing part underfloor and conventional C.H. and Hot Water system which then functioned superbly. Recently, the old boiler was replaced by them with a Worcester Greenstar 32CDi Compact (a joy in itself !). First class materials were used throughout. A great team at every level, but it was John H who did all the ‘hands on’ work. A very neat and tidy installation.

The work was done to an excellent standard and we were kept informed every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with in the organisation was reliable, polite and helpful. Consideration for us and our home was clearly a priority, but it was also good to witness their genuine care and support for colleagues. SW Plumbing removed the old back boiler, tanks in loft, immersion heater and installed new Greenstar 38cdi boiler and radiators. From the initial survey by Roger and completion of the work they were professional, competent and friendly. The 2 man plumbing team we had worked for 3 days solid, only stopping for their lunch break, they were hardworking and polite and cleared up any mess every evening so that you wouldn’t even know they had been there! Quality work, competitive price would definitely recommend. Great job!

This company are efficient! From my initial phone enquiry which was answered immediately and effectively, through to the engineer who came to our house to quote for our new boiler, we were impressed. The quote was competitive and everything was explained clearly to us. The work carried out was done professionally and with minimum of disruption. So glad we chose South West Plumbing instead of British Gas! We would certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

SouthWest Plumbing service our boiler annually and we had a very prompt response to a separate request for attention to our central heating system. Karsten Purdie soon diagnosed an uncommon problem (malfunctioning non-return valve), which he managed to remove in an awkward tight space. He gave us honest and unbiased advice, did a clean and neat job, and the price was reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending SouthWest Plumbing Services.

South West Plumbing were absolutely fantastic for installing our new bathroom – which was built starting from scratch within our existing bedroom. This means they needed to perform both the ‘first fix’ and ‘second fix’. We hadn’t appreciated the precision involved – but their attention to detail during the first fix meant that the actual installation went smoothly.Pete the fitter is a perfectionist. Very pleased with the efficiency, speed and politeness of the South West Plumbing Services. I had to call them on Christmas Eve to fix a Central Heating Boiler. Engineer arrived within a couple of hours and put in place a temporary fix to ensure we had hot water and heating again. Longer term I need a new boiler and will certainly be getting a quote from them. Happy to recommend to others.
