  We have used Simon to assist us in the design and approval process for an unusual “L” shaped single storey extension. We have found him to be professional in his approach, timely in his delivery and to be working from a sound knowledge base. He has been able to assist us in developing the original scheme into a practical solution for application to the local council which he continues to progress.

  We have commissioned Simon on two occasions – the first to design and draw up plans for a portico over the front door at Larkbeare Grange. The work was completed in 2005.The second project involved the design of a single storey self-catering property for us to run in conjunction with our B&B. Incorporated in these plans was our desire to make the building very accessible, without compromising design and aesthetics.   in obtaining planning consent, working closely with a planning consultant, as the local authority had indicated permission would not be granted.On each occasion, Simon has taken a keen interest in work in progress to see the projects to completion.We would not hesitate to recommend him and pictures of his work are on our website.

  Simon drew up the plans for my two story extension, we found his service average, with slow turn around times and multiple back and forth. He then pushed an unnecessary service for a friend of his to complete for an additional 800 pounds, both building control and the builder said it wasn’t needed. we then needed an additional beam to be added to the drawings once we had started as requested by the council for support. he said his drawings were sufficient and refused to do it.avoid.
