Recently purchased a new mattress from Sidmouth Bed Centre. The sales manager was very personable and helpful in helping us choose the right one for us.It was delivered within 10 days and the delivery men were very careful and professional in getting the mattress up to the bedroom.They also adjusted the headboard and cleaned behind the bed before placing the new mattress in place.An excellent service throughout and I would highly recommend.

We are super happy with the super king bed and mattress that we bought from the Sidmouth Bed Centre. From start to finish Rich and his team were so friendly and helpful and we got the bed of our dreams. We visited the store on Saturday and we needed help choosing a bed and base. The friendly and helpful advice meant we chose the right bed very quickly and it arrived exactly when promised on the following Wednesday. I explained to Richard over the phone what I wanted because I’ve broken my back and got ill several years ago. I can’t praise this company highly enough. Old school service, coupled with excellent product knowledge and gentle advice. Sidmouth Bed Centre couldn’t have done more to help us. I had a serious back injury 12 months ago and after three nights sleep on our new mattress and divan, i can sincerely say that it’s been the best three nights sleep in a year! I highly recommend a visit.

We bought an ex display base and matress late last year at a good price. The service from Richard was both professional and friendly . The zip around the matress broke and we telephoned Richard who arranged a brand new replacement matress with no quibbles nd once again the same excellent reliable service . The best customer service I think I’ve encountered. Nothing is too much trouble for Richard who works extremely hard.We’ve just bought a second bed from him and I won’t go anywhere else. Visited shop to buy a mattress for my granddaughter. I was extremely satisfied with the information and service I received. I bought a mattress from them the same day and was offered delivery of the mattress that afternoon. No delivery charge and they carried it upstairs for me and took the packaging away. Visited this shop at 1:15pm on Saturday and a extremely helpful Gentleman showed us around the mattresses. Within 15 minutes we had purchased a mattress. By 4:30pm on the same day our new mattress arrived and purple one was taken away. We have never experienced such a good, fast and reliable service…and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Thank you.

Would recommend the Sidmouth Bed Centre for anyone thinking of buying a new bed/mattress. No sales pressure – just good advice and time to make your own decision. Decided on the same day to buy divan bed and it was delivered in less than 2 weeks and put together by two very nice young men. They will also take your old bed/mattress away for a very reasonable sum which was a bonus.

Just had to say what excellent customer care I have received from ‘Sidmouth Beds’ in the High Street in Sidmouth. Incredible service! We phoned up in the morning to ask for advice and prices for new mattresses for our old bunk beds. They took payment over the phone and delivered the mattresses that very day. The new mattresses fitted perfectly and are excellent quality. They even took our old mattresses away. Friendly, reliable and good value.
