  Calvin came to our rescue yesterday after we found our French doors no longer locked when I phoned him he came straight away and made sure we were secure. He was very polite and made sure that two elderly people felt safe once more. We would certainly recommend Calvin.

My new large front door was replaced by Sid Valley Windows. I have no hesitation in recommending Calvin. Excellent work and so good to have a local person working in the Simouth and surrounding areas.

  Calvin was easy to get hold of on the phone and he came and quoted a very reasonable price for our new windows. The windows were installed by Calvin and Chris who were both extremely helpful and polite. All the old windows etc were removed off site. The end result looks fab and they cleaned up afterwards. All in all a great job and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Calvin at Sid Valley Windows to everybody.

  I called Calvin of Sid Valley Windows when we had to smash my mum’s double glazed door to gain access when she had a medical emergency. It was such a stressful time and he went above and beyond to help us to secure the property for her.   I called Calvin at Sid Valley Windows just after breakfast to see if he could help my elderly mother out in Sidmouth. Mum’s cat flap had been broken and she needed it replacing asap. Calvin was great. He pulled out all the stops as mum lives by herself. A new cat flap was fitted by 1pm. Polite, friendly and reassuring. Highly recommended.   Excellent service from Calvin. I wanted only a couple of windows replaced but found other companies wanted to (using awful pressure selling) replace of all my windows, Calvin reassured me that wouldn’t be necessary. He is friendly and professional and did an excellent job, he even organised a builder to come out and do some repointing, something the surveyor had said would need doing along with the window. The house was left spotless once finished. I highly recommend Calvin and will use him again.

  I have just had a new composite front door fitted by Calvin Leslie and his assistant Chris.All as aspects of yhe work has been excellent. Calvin managed to fit the work into his very busy schedule. They arrived promptly and finished the work in around 4 hours. They did a very professional job and I am very happy with the work.   Sid Valley windows was recommended to me by a friend who had previously had work done by this company.I needed an adjustment to a composite door which was sticking.Spoke to Calvin who said He would have a look.When He came the job was completed satisfactorly,and didn’t even want paying.Where can You find genuine contractors these days this good.Most larger companies require a call out charge before they have even seen the job.

  We would like to recommend Sid Valley Windows please. They replaced 3 PVC windows and a patio door for us in our holiday cottage. We phoned Calvin after reading his reviews here and he arranged a visit to measure up and quote. The very reasonable quote arrived within 3 days and the work was booked in and completed to a very high standard within the time frame advised.   Sid Valley Windows recently replaced (nearly) all of our windows. The initial response was fast but I was warned there would be a bit of a delay to fit because they were so busy. They kept me up to date on when work would begin. They turned up on time and did a fantastic job – I really could not be happier. Calvin was fastidious in leaving things clean and tidy. During the consultation process Calvin gave advice about the problem I had with the original windows and I felt under no pressure to make a decision about replacement windows.   We had an issue with our back door and feared we might need to replace it, or at very lease the locking mechanism. Calvin managed to squeeze us in at short notice to assess the issue. He managed to fix the issue there and then and it’s been fine ever since. Great customer service and didn’t use the opportunity to get himself more work, but instead to fix the issue with as little disruption and cost to us as possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sid valley windows and will definitely call them first if we ever need more work done

  Calvin was prompt friendly, professional ,and a tidy worker and his prices are very competitive.He fitted a new window in our garage but it was catching as it was opened, so he arranged for a technician to fix the factory fault. He wouldn’t take any payment until the problem was solved and also repaired a seal around another window for free.We will certainly use him again.

  I had been let down by a large window supplier in Exmouth so I phoned Sid Valley Windows. He was so quick. I phoned and left a message. He came the following day – obviously after he’d done a day’s work. He brought a spare thing which he thought might work. He fitted it that evening. I was so impressed with the way he worked.
