I needed a plumber on a Saturday evening. Having located Ruth through this site I gave her a call. I am local but she offered to pop around immediately and within about 10 mins she had arrived and identified the problem. She had the necessary replacement part in her van and completed the job straight away. She is clearly very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. I was very grateful for her swift response, skill and customer care. I highly recommend Ruth should you need a plumber.
