Well done Prokil and especially Pete who spent 4 days renewing timber , flooring, plaster boarding and Plastering several rooms deeply effected by Damp issues.He was knowledgeable, polite, very helpful and tidy after each day. Carpet protector laid before work started was very good.

For damp proofing kitchen + for woodworm:Most of the work was damp but also general building. I was really happy with the work they did. There were a few little snagging bits as there always are, but they were happy to send the builders back at no extra charge. All work was to a good price, there were guarantees on the damp proofing and the timber preservation work. They started with a survey of the property taking damp measurements. stage I wanted to include an extra building in the damp protection, and they were happy to update the guarantees to include this. The quality of work was very good. They inserted a damp proof membrane all around my property, with woodworm removal as part of that service. I used them because my parents have used Prokil in the SouthEast, and the work has always been to a high standard.They worked well with my electrician and plumber at the time – making sure that their work wouldn’t have a negative impact on the damp protection. Peter’s team also did a fair amount of building work: bricking up an internal doorway, a full bathroom renovation, opening up the back of my property for bi-folds, replastering most of the downstairs – a full renovation of the property! I am very happy with the quality of the work, and they were able to start pretty quickly. They work quickly and the quality is up to standard. -

For basement damp-proofing. It was a really good experience. They came when they said they would, gave me quotes and stuck by them – any extras they told me about. The quality of work was excellent. All the staff were lovely chaps – respectful of my house, and some of the cleanest builders I’ve ever used!
