  We would just like to say how professional he and his team were. Their standard of workmanship is second to none and it was a pleasure having the team working at our house.   Amazing experience working with Simon and his team. Communication and punctuality were to a very high standard. The work completed was a mixture of fiddly jobs, but Simon and his team worked very efficiently and with no issues, and the quality of the work was done incredibly well.   Simon and his team turned up on the agreed day and on time. His approach to his work and customer service is excellent.   Simon came to lay a porcelain patio and remove all the old 70’s concrete path and old patio. The site also had to be levelled by removing tons of stuff. All the work had to be done with very poor access through a shed and down an alleyway! The guys all worked very hard and cleanly and the quality of the work was outstanding. The job was finished well on time and seriously was a fabulous job. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you simon and your guys

  Simon and his team have recently finished a complete renovation of our bungalow over a three month period. This work included converting the garage to a bedroom and other structural modifications. They fitted a new bathroom and ensuite, plastered all walls and ceilings, replaced skirting boards, window sills, architrave and doors. They tiled floors and walls in the bathroom & ensuite and laid vinyl flooring throughout the living area and kitchen. We were very happy with Simon and his teams’ work which was carried out to a very high standard. They were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble even when we requested some extra work. They started work when they promised, were on site early every day and finished the job when expected. They took away the rubbish and tidied up after themselves every day. We are very happy with our new home.   Simon acted as project manage on a property renovation for us. He along with his team completed the transformation within the timescale promised and the work was carried out to a very high standard.   Having never had full scale building work done on my house before I was a bit nervous having heard multiple stories of builders starting work and disappearing for periods of time while balancing other jobs. Simon said him and his team would be here within 2 months and they were and they were here every day until the job was finished. The quality of the work was excellent!   The decorator working on the exterior painting of our property found problems with rotting of the wood along the roofline. We currently have scaffolding and wanted somebody to come out quickly whilst the scaffolding was still available. Simon and his team were able to come out the next day, removed the lowest runs of roof tiles, replaced the wood, renewed some broken tiles and made good. All completed within the day at a reasonable price. Was particularly pleased with the quick response.

  Pow Construction just completed changing our bathroom to a wet-room. With us for nearly three weeks, they also included a variety of small maintenance projects around the property. Simon and Jake worked on the strip out, full refurbishment including wall boarding and cladding, flooring, ceiling paneling and wet-room sanitary ware whilst Brodie came along to cover all the painting. All three worked very well together, as always. We are delighted with the finished project.

  We asked Simon to replace a leaking garage roof and the gutters, downpipes, sofits and fascias around the whole house. His quote was very competitive. He arrived at the time and date agreed and he and his team carried out the work to the highest standard, keeping us updated all the way through, keeping disturbance to a minimum and also taking care of a couple of other jobs which came to light during the work. The project involved removing internal (non-bearing) walls, re-skimming ceiling and walls and fitting new units, including bespoke benches and shelving.   Simon and his workmen have carried out a refurbishment of our Victorian terrace and we have been very happy with the work. Simon himself is very approachable and made some good suggestions for improving on some of the things we wanted doing.   Simon got called in at late notice by our painter to plaster our hall ceiling in Pine Grove and ended up plastering three others, one ceiling of which was difficult and very large indeed.   Simon and his lads at POW are very good at the work they do but they are also punctual, friendly and thorough. I’ve used them four or five times and never had to call them back. They start when they say they will, work until the job is finished and then clear up completely and go. Afterwards they send a bill for the agreed amount, no more.Highly recommended.

Some being under the kitchen units which involved removing and replacing them without any damage to the units work tops or tiles.
