  We are very pleased that we chose (From “Our Local Expert” magazine) to visit when we lost our TV signal.Neil and Barry arrived on time, they were friendly, polite and professional. In addition, they were extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem and rectified it in no time at all despite having to fight their way through a large holly bush to gain access to our ‘remote’ aerial.Thank you gentlemen for your excellent service.   Neil and his colleague fitted a new satellite dish for me a few months ago, had them both back again today to fit and supply new TV aerial nothing was too much trouble for them and nice to no that any problems just give them a call, I shouldn’t need to call them again but need to call again, but won’t hesitate for anything in the future. Thank you both.

  My television had no signal. I only rang them yesterday and they’ve come this morning, when they said they would. They’ve sorted my aerial and they even took the time to look at my HiFi which was also broken. They were so pleasant and their prices were reasonable I’m very pleased with them and I can definitely recommend them.

  You will find no better company than PAK Ariels for TV and Saterlite instalation anywhere in Devon. I have used this company four times now and have always found the service provided first class. Neil has been my local engineer in Sidmouth and what a nice chap he is, always helpful, punctual knowlegable and just nice to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble always going that extra mile as it were to deal with your issue.   We have used Neil on several occasions for several properties. He is brilliant, he gives good advice and I have confidence that I’m not getting ripped off by him.On one occasion we had a pixelating TV – I suggested that we could purchase a new dish to cure this, but he explained why this wasn’t necessary and fixed the issue there and then. He is very good at explaining technical stuff without the use of jargon.

  Excellent – i can’t recommend them highly enough. We tell him what we think the problem is, and he explains what he thinks the solution is. He fixes it, he keeps his appointment times. We’ve had him out 3 times since we’ve been here. We have now installed Sky in a separate room for my father, and he’s put a new aerial in the roof which has vastly improved the signal we receive for Freeview.

  Excellent – 5 star! I haven’t yet had a problem that he hasn’t been able to solve. He reacts promptly when there’s a problem – we have cottages to let and it’s very important that our clients have their TV in full working order at all times. I’d highly recommend him.

  Very poor customer service. An appointment was made for 9.30am on Friday, by 10.30 the engineer had not arrived. I called the office, they could not get hold of the engineer but left him a message. 11.30, still no sign, I called again, they could not get hold of engineer but would leave a message. Midday I had a call to say the engineer has been in touch and he will not be with me today but can be with me on Monday. I declined and made alternative arrangements. A morning wasted!

  After moving in to an old 1960’s bungalow I found I was having problems with the signal quality my TV reception in Sidmouth. Rang PAK aerials and Neil came out to the property the next day. Fitted a new aerial with a masthead amplifier and I now have signal strength and signal quality both at 100% for all the Freeview channels. Prompt, courteous and efficient service from a very knowledgable and likeable guy and competitively priced too!

  Neil from PAK came when he said he would. He was polite and friendly, and quickly understood what we needed doing, and how to do it. He worked quickly and left no mess. We are delighted with the results, and can now enjoy watching TV throughout the house!

  They are a very professional and friendly and efficient company. I used them to look at the television wiring in my home and also to remove a satellite dish I did not want. They came and were punctual and gave me a quote which I accepted. As I work they went out of their way to fit in with my work commitments without having to take time off.
