  We were new to the area and used Our Local Expert to locate a builder for a full house renovation. When we contacted Onpoint to give us an estimate, we were very impressed with Rob and Nick, their professionalism, and knowledge.   We’ve had an apartment built on the rear of a garage, and Rob did most of the carpentry. We were so impressed with the quality of Rob’s work, that we asked him back to build a large rose frame overlooking the patio. All of his work has been to an excellent standard. He always took the time to tidy away and clean up his worksite at the end of every day, so that having him around the property was never a chore.   I opened a new fitness studio in September 2021 and I employed the On Point team to help me with the refurbishment. They were really nice guys, worked really efficiently and were always on time to start work. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the speed in which they got all jobs completed.   We found Robert and his team through recommendation from a family friend. They completed some very detailed improvements to our home. Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and a kitchen extension.   Rob did a fantastic job laying the flooring throughout the downstairs in our house. He talked us through the options, sourced the product, fitted it and we’re really happy with the result. He’s precise, works tidily and is reliable so we’ve asked him to come back in March to do another project.

  Nick is multi-skilled and did a lot of work for me during a house renovation. This included re-plastering the whole house internally, building stud walls, altering stairs and fitting skirtings, architraves and window sills. Nick is reliable, punctual, polite and tidy. He was always ready to discuss and listen to what I wanted, adding his own helpful suggestions along the way. He works hard and to a high standard, taking pride in his work. I won’t hesitate to call on Nick again when the need arises.

  Robert did an amazing job of some kitchen modifications in our 16th century barn conversion. The work was really tricky as nothing is even and had to fit around existing period features. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he always worked in a clean and tidy manner. I will definitely use him again when the opportunity arises

  Robert completely demolished and rebuilt our kitchen from beginning. Robert went above and beyond building our kitchen and would often say “if that is what you would like I’ll do it” particularly referring to the smaller ‘nit picky’ jobs and the finer details of our requests.Since Robert has so many years of experience he suggested improvements and we ended up with a kitchen which was far nicer and more convenient then we had originally designed.   Robert has done a very good job – he changed our kitchen worktop and re-tiled the kitchen. This included changing the sink and plumbing in the sink. He’s friendly, clean, knowledgable and helpful.

  From a personal point of view he’s very personable, honest and reliable. He has done everything from first fix and roofing through to kitchen installations. His workmanshp and attention to detial is good, he is very meticulous, and I’m always happy with the end product.
