I got Matt’s details from a friend as my electric oven had blown the fuse board so clearly something was wrong! I messaged Matt and he got back to me very quickly. How I wish I’d found Matt before dealing with a certain national appliance repair company ! Although I decided not to have my oven repaired given the expense of replacing 6 heating elements (new oven preferable) he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He showed me the abnormally low resistance readings of each element and looked up the cost so that a rough total estimate could be made.I thoroughly recommend Matt if you need a repair job and will be telling my friends and neighbours about him in due course.

My dishwasher showed an error light after being moved when my kitchen floor was tiled. Matt contacted me within 24 hours of my call, explaining he was very busy but he might be able to help me over the phone. If this advice didn’t work he asked me to ring him back so he could book in a visit.I followed his instructions, plugged the dishwasher back in , and it worked ! We searched for a local oven repairer in Exmouth, left a message on Saturday (not expecting a response obviously we all deserve a weekend off with out family), Matt called us back on Monday, came out and fixed it ok Thursday aling with replacing the bulb and top tips on cooker care.Super friendly, fast, great, efficient service.
