  I had cause to call Chris, after he had done a brilliant job for us previously, to help with a spring fed tank which appeared to be blocked. Sure enough Chris discovered it was blocked – with about 50 feet of rodding rods (presumably abandoned by the previous owner!) which had slowly clogged up the piping between the spring and the tank.   Chris cleared drains at the front and back of our house and made sure there weren’t any serious problems with them. He was efficient, professional and friendly and we’d happily reccomend him.

  I thoroughly recommend Mallett Drainage. Chris was able to come out to us very speedily to sort a couple of blocked drains. After clearing the drains he did a very thorough check with his cctv camera to ensure all was clear along the pipes. Very reasonable price. Chris is very polite, explains things clearly and goes the extra mile!

  Chris is very professional in his approach to his customers. We contacted him on Monday and thought he was coming to assess the situation on the following day. He arrived at 15.30 and did not leave until the problem was fixed 3 hours later. We has all the equipment including a recording camera to check everything was clear. His charge is very reasonable.We would recommend him anytime.

  I was a bit concerned about the drains on my 400 year-old cottage, as I have been ripped off in the past by a local drainage company. Once I contacted Chris he was really reassuring – he put me at ease that everything was ok. He was very approachable, he got back to me straight away. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He even checked back with me after the last storm. He’s a genuine really nice family man.

  We had been having an outside drainage issue for years. Chris came the same day we contacted him and assessed our drains. He put together a quote that night which we accepted.Throughout he was very clear at helping us understand how we could get the best value from his service as well as offering up different solutions. The work was a great challenge but he completed it in a timely manner.We were so impressed by the first job he completed for us, we were happy to invite him back to do more.
