  I’ve used LPS for three jobs so far over the past 12 months, ranging from a small rendering job to four weeks interior painting and refurbishment of a detached house. They are extremely hard working, good value, reliable and flexible and I would highly recommend them.

  I recommend Luke and his team most highly. He recently completed work on my my parents’ house (including painting the exterior, replacing the old flashing, and repairing/maintaining a deck). He is polite and friendly, and his communication is prompt. His team’s professionalism and workmanship are second to none.   Highly recommend LPS! Luke and Dennis redid the rendering on the back of my home and also replaced the guttering at the same time. The back of the house looks brilliant and they did such a good job. Will use them again going forward for any jobs that pop up.

  Luke came to do some work at our home, both inside (removing old plaster and making good inside walls) and outside (repairing dormer window surrounds).   Luke made a really good job of re-pointing some of my gable end wall, and also built a low retaining wall to support a garden path. He re-laid some of the rockery which was collapsing, too.He was very efficient all the way through, from giving his very reasonable quote, to completion.   LPS Property Services repointed the brickwork on the gable end wall of our house. They came when they said they would and completed the job in the number of days they said they would. They arrived early each day and worked a full day without leaving the job. They were very hard workers who were conscientious, polite and tidy.   Luke Woolley and his team (LPS Property Services) have recently given our back garden a makeover and made a number of improvements at the front. Luke came to assess the job and gave us a very reasonable price for it. The members of this family business have a large range of skills. They turned up promptly each morning and worked very hard.   roots and prepared an area for covering with stone chippings.At the front they removed some old paving slabs and created a concrete ramped access to the front door, and then put up a picket fence between this ramped access and the lower-level parking area. At the end of each day they cleared up and tidied up. We were very impressed with all that they did and we are extremely satisfied with the very high standard of their work. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

  Luke and team did an absolutely amazing job. They re-rendered and painted the back of my terrace house. At the front they rebuilt the front window sill, and repainted (including sills and lintels).Top quality work, clean and tidy, showed up when they said they would, worked flexibly around horrendous weather and really friendly. They also squeezed in sorting a few extra jobs that needed sorting (sealing around windows and a lean to roof, cleaning gutter).I cannot praise them highly enough and am already planning their next job for me.

  Luke has just done a fantastic job for us, removing tiles from a whole wall, preparing the surface then plastering. He is a very thorough worker, coming back to paint two coats after the plaster had dried, then again to touch up to his satisfaction. I couldn’t believe how clean and tidy everything was. All the reviews I read were absolutely true. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  We had our front, back and chimney (semi detached 2 storey) repointed by LPS property in December 2021. They were quick, thorough and quiet. Also there was surprisingly little mess left behind. Would I recommend them? I already have 🙂

  We had a tired Yorkstone patio that needed re-pointing. LPS ground out the old cement and replaced it quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were going to do and worked extremely hard to sort the patio out. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased indeed with the work they did.

  We have used Luke on several occasions: repointing our outside walls, widening our front entrance, plastering our entire hallway, bathroom and kitchen to mention a few. It doesn’t seem to matter how big or small the job, Luke always exceeds our expectations! The house is left spotless and he treats each job as if it’s the first. We recommend him highly!!

  Luke attended at the appointed time, inspected the area and provided a favourable quotation by email. He arrived with his uncle on time and sorted out our paths and patio area. We needed 8 slabs relaying, grinding out the old mortar on paths and patio and repointing the lot. The work was carried out efficiently with no mess and it looks good. The invoice was timely and as per quotation. Good people to have around, reliable and thoroughly recommended.
