  We wanted to find a trustworthy roofer to replace the 100 year old flashings on our slate roof, so we looked at Our Local Expert and invited Liam to come and have a look. He arrived on time, and we liked his enthusiasm for the job so we asked for a quote which we were happy with. The job was slightly delayed because of the weather, but Liam and his helper arrived on the final agreed date and they did an excellent job, clearing well when the job was complete.   surprises when the invoice arrived. Additionally, the scaffolding was removed almost immediately at the end of the job. We would recommend Liam, and we will use him again if we need any further work carried out.

  I have used Liam for two jobs now. Both of them due to storm damaged tiles. Liam gives first class service and is a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable prices and very reliable. I would strongly recommend Liam Ellis Roofing.

  Was referred to LIam by a friend after one of the big storms this winter knocked some roof tiles off and also popped a hole in the felt. Needed a bit of persistence to get ahold of Liam, but he was friendly and knowledgeable when he came to give the estimate, which was the best of four I had obtained. He not only fixed the two tiles and hole I called him about, but also put another one further up back on, too. Definitely will use again if needed.

  We were delighted with the different jobs Liam and his colleague did for us and were impressed by the standard of their work. Nothing was too much trouble and they cleared up beautifully. They were a pleasure to have around and we would not hesitate to employ them again – highly recommended!

  Very pleasant and trustworthy. Very reasonable rates. No criticism, but possibly a victim of their own success – be prepared to wait a little, but worth the wait, definitely! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, and would certainly recommend.

  I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam & his gang. They did a great job my badly leaking & rotten Velux window. Yes, he could be difficult to get hold of but I knew hhe’d get back when he could. Everything was left clean & tidy & I would have no hesitation in using Liam.again.

  I have nothing but praise for Liam and his team and their work ethic ..Despite all the waste and variable weather conditions they left my property with no sign of having been here except , of course , a neat new roof ‘I would be happy to recommend Liam to anyone wishing for a “proper job”.

  Liam and his team did outstanding work and took care to take on board any ideas and requests. We will certainly be using him again in the future. The only downside is that he can be difficult to get hold of …. so book early !

  For 26 years we had a lovely conservatory with a plastic roof but in the summer it was too hot and in the winter too cold so it suffered limited use. The new fully insulated roof has added a new room to our home to be used at all times of the year. Liam and his team did a great job in difficult circumstance because the original roof had such a high pitch. Liam was tidy, professional, respectful of our space and a pleasure to have around our home. We would certainly recommend him as a trustworthy tradesman.

  He’s absolutely fantastic. I found him through a friend who recommended him as a very good worker.He was doing the roof on my garage – we had another quote from somebody else, but Liam’s was completely different, with a guarantee too.  I changed my mind halfway through – I wanted a window added to the roof.   do work for them. His work is very neat, and he is very clean and very polite, I would recommend him to anyone. His two workers were absolutely brilliant- you can see from the workmanship, no corners were cut. He came when he said he would did he said he would do.
