  Andrew responded to my call the same day and came out to see the problem (a leak) the next day. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot, sharing honest advice about further work that might be needed (without trying to sell his services!)Highly recommended for caring about the work, doing a great job and giving an honest assessment of the problem.

  We would happily recommend Andrew to anyone needing plumbing work. We could not flush our toilet cistern and he was here the next day, fitted a new part and very soon had it working again. He was very friendly, polite and considerate. We would not think twice about asking him to work for us again should a need arise.

  Yesterday I used your directory to contact Andrew from Lake Plumbing and Heating. My shower was feeling very poorly. He came round the same day and we both realised it was terminal. He was back the next morning with a Brand new Shower that he fitted and I am very happy. All this in less than 24 hours.   Andrew came on time and very caring as I have bad hearing and elderly. His work was best I have seen, servicing and checking very old boiler and getting into places other plumbers did not do in the past. He has improved and replaced old gadgets so that I can turn off water if necessary and cleaned and mended tap, etc. Fast, friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to use him again and already recommended to another friend of mine. Thank you

  Andy has carried out all the plumbing work for my new kitchen and new bathroom. He’s also moved my boiler and replaced my radiators. I couldn’t wish for a better plumber, a very lucky find. Andy is reliable and his quotes are very reasonable. He knows his work well and is happy to advise and to adapt. He’s polite, friendly and easy to work with.   We needed to replace one radiator and make some positional changes to a couple of others. Andy responded at short notice to provide a competitive quote and was able to complete the work within the following week. Andy is punctual, polite, knowledgeable and really friendly.   Andy arrived on time with mask as we are in lockdown at present time and serviced our boiler even checking the gas supply to the house. He also checked out our bathroom toilet as it was not flushing properly and found a problem which he has repaired within 4 days. Very thorough, friendly and reasonable prices as well – what more could you want! Have asked him to service our boiler on a regular basis. Definitely recommend.

  This is a sequel to my previous review: I discovered that there was a fault with the new cistern I had provided.
