    I recently used your brochure to find a new decorator as my previous one had retired. Having emailed Ken Brown, I received a response almost by return.Ken duly called round a few days later and, after discussing my requirements, submitted a detailed written quotation within another couple of days. He then carried out the work required in an excellent manner, listening to my suggestions and offering his professional expertise.
