  We are so lucky to have found Kate on here as we are currently doing a Barn Conversion in Sidmouth but live in Bristol. Kate is professional and reliable , always receiving immediate reply’s! Her expert experience and knowledge of local regulations has been so helpful for us.

  I can highly recommend Kate's architectural services. She carefully listened to our requirements and came up with great design that fitted our vision and needs. The final design beautifully complimented the architecture of the rest of the building and the general conservation area. She was always mindful of our budget and offered different, innovative options. She kept in touch throughout the build and was always happy to offer advice and support, responding really quickly and comprehensively. She made the whole design and planning process so easy. We love the final result; it has exceeded our expectations.

  Kate has recently been involved in getting planning permission and listed building consent for our replacement timber windows.   Have just used Kate to plan a replacement for our awful unusable conservatory. Very talented lady who took on board all our ideas with very knowledgeable solutions and suggestions we had not thought of. As we are novices at this sort of thing Kate has recommended professionals to help with things we cannot do ourselves and submitted our plans so we are just waiting to go. Would thoroughly recommend her service.

  Kate’s Space Consultanty gave me ideas as to how to improve the room use and flow of my house. She then drew up detailed architectural plans to make it easy for me to get quotes from the trades. Her energy and enthusiasm was fantastic and she quickly solved the problem that had kept me stuck for ages. Quick to latch on to needs and easy to get on with. I shall definitely use her again.

  For plans for an extension to our property to provide two additional bedrooms:She assessed and understood our needs, took the plans through planning, and kept involved during the project management of work as it was carried out. She was very good at designing around our lifestyle (for us this meant around our children). Our house was part cob, so it had complex requirements. She got a really good feel for the building, and for us. She is very practical and has really good ideas.
