  from first contact for a quote until the completion of a new boiler the company has been very professional there price was very good and the workmanship was of the highest level,would recomend this company to anyone who wants a good job done

  I wouldn’t have any hesitation to recommend Scott and Ignite SW. Scott was professional and extremely helpful. Ignite fitted a new boiler for us, they were clean and removed all associated rubbish. Their communication was excellent and Leanne from an office perspective was very efficient. We were also told in advance when Scott was on his way so we knew when to expect him. Overall we were extremely pleased and know who to call in a boiler emergency.

  Ignite were fabulous. I contacted Worcester Bosch at breakfast on Tuesday and the job was complete at 16:00 on Wednesday – replaced the boiler + 3 radiators + 4 TRVs. Scott and his team including the office were very efficient and professional. They answered all my questions before doing the work and left the house clean and tidy. Would really recommend them.

  First class service from Ignite for our new boiler installation. Scott provided a knowledgeable and acceptable quote on the day and the installation was booked extremely quickly for a few days away. Any concerns we had were answered satisfactorily. On the day, Jaime and his young assistant worked quietly and quickly to complete job in super quick time. Overall delighted with service received from this friendly company-no hesitation in recommending them.

  Highly recommend ignite for many reasons. An engineer was booked in extremely quickly and was so polite and helpful. The customer service is really easy to get hold of and are extremely accommodating. A new boiler was fitted quickly and with ease. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are also extremely competitive on price

  We are very satisfied by the service Ignite provided for us. There was no hard sales talk from the salesman and the installers installed the new boiler perfectly and within the time frame agreed. It took three days from initial call to final installation. The price was realistic. I mention the price, because we had a quote from one of the “major “ companies which included additional costs for items which are “absolutely essential “ but “not really required “. Usual hard sales talk and a price approximately 70% higher than Ignite.   Very competitive prices. I had a new Worcester boiler fitted.Jamie was our fitter, he worked solidly all day.Once finished he cleaned everything up and went through the instructions.The company were quick to book in the work at my convenience.Really satisfied from start to finish.

  I highly recommend this company. Superb quality and excellent customer service from beginning to end. Scott and the team did a fantastic job. Already I can see that my heating costs have dropped thanks to my new energy-efficient boiler. Not only were they the cheapest of the three quotes I got but they also gave me the longest warranty.   Just moved into a property that needed a new boiler. Scott visited, and quoted next day. Very competitive , so went ahead. New boiler, new/moved rads, removed old gas fire. All done in one day. The team – Dave, Sam John – lovely chaps. Cleaned up and took great care of my awful 40 year old carpets :). Would certainly have no problems recommending Ignite.

  The team are very responsive to contact and questions.Matt came to install our new boiler, sadly we had to unexpectedly go to a medical appointment, so needed to leave him to it. When we returned all was done, he had left the house impeccably and followed up later to check all was clear.The quote was very reasonable and so am delighted on all fronts

  I highly recommend the team at Ignite. We needed to relocate and replace our existing boiler.Following my initial contact via telephone, Matt and Scott visited our property to assess our requirements. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with a number of options to suit our budget and requirements. We were so grateful that they were able to fit us in within a couple of weeks and Jamie did a fantastic job completing all the works to an extremely high standard within just a day. We will definitely be using them again to service our lovely new boiler!

  Scott installed our new boiler and we were very pleased with how clean and tidy he was, it was as if he had never been when he had finished. I would highly recommend Ignite as they were very helpful in helping us choose the correct boiler for our Bungalow and were ever so helpful when we couldn’t remember how to use the smart controls. 5 Stars from us!
