We had an Emergency recently where water was coming from beneath our bathroom sink. Our bathroom quickly flooded.I phoned Richard and within 30 minutes his staff were at our house dealing with the situation. It had affected the electrics in the downstairs kitchen so as well as a plumber his electricians came and made everything safe to use.Excellent Service, Richard and Jeanie his wife are lovely people as are his staff. Richard made a prompt response to our phone call and Tom arrived to survey the problems. He was clear in what was needed and delightfully polite and courteous.Once goods were obtained Tom and Ashley undertook the repair and replacements. This was not as easy as first thought but problems were quickly resolved and the jobs completed efficiently. I would not hesitate in using Rich and his team again.

Always a fantastic service from all members of the team. I’ve had a fair amount of work done over the past 6 months from a new boiler to just helping with a pressure issue and they’re always extremely friendly, professional, and happy to help, even came out within the hour once to help with a heating issue.

Once again Homesense Property Services have come to my rescue in an emergency. This time Will diagnosed a faulty pump on my “quite old” gas boiler, and patiently replaced it with a “new improved one” to thankfully restore hot water for me. Previously Tom had come at very short notice to fix my sink waste which I had foolishly attempted unsuccessfully to unblock myself. These things need experts and Homesense Property Services have very capable and reliable experts. They are lovely young men, polite, friendly, very kind to customers and a real credit to Richard and Jeannie.

Our boiler was due for an annual service. The firm who previously looked after us seem to have collapsed. We had heard about Homesense through a friend and contacted them. They were very efficient in arranging an appointment and Tom came to do the work. We found him very helpful and friendly and look forward to working with Homesense again.

Have known Richard, Will and company for several years now, Richard came highly recommended from the Plumb In merchants. I hired Richard to carry out replacing and repositioning my boiler, carrying out replacing, modifying and vastly improving my Ensuite shower room, complete replacement of the family bathroom and complete replacement of the downstair cloak/toilet. Richard and his team did a fantastic job, hugely experienced, excellently skilled, really good humoured and at a very fair price. I only ever recommend Homesense to anyone. I subsequently hired Richard again to replace my mother in-law’s bathroom, again totally excellent job was done. Richard recommended a decorator, whom decorated my inlaws newly bought two bed apartment, another wise decision. Richard also recommended Sowton Carpets and I got a very good discounted deal over the years for both myself and in-laws. Richard really is the right man to know, he has excellent skills, excellent staff and excellent contacts. I think the most important thing with Homesense Plumbers, is that I get complete confidence and total peace of mind with every job they have done for me over the years, most recently kitchen taps replacement last week, best tradesmen I have ever hired and the very best tradesmen that I could recommend. Hire with confidence.

About five years ago he installed a walk-in shower for me. Richard was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me to decide on the specification. He undertook the installation efficiently and in a timely manner and was a pleasure to have working in my home. He went beyond what I would have expected in order to give me the best possible service.On the basis of his excellent work I engaged him again recently to carry out some kitchen plumbing alterations and for minor maintenance to my gas boiler. Richard sent an assistant technician on this occasion whom he had trained and who carried out the work with the same conscientious approach he had learned from Richard.
