John has just finished one of many projects he has undertaken in our garden. Over the last two years he has transformed several parts of our garden, most recently putting handrails along the path. He designs everything he does with great care and consideration for both utility and appearance. I’m so disappointed with this company! I’m sure they are excellent at landscaping once they commit but we’ve had weeks (actually months) of to and fro as they agree to take our patio on and then pull out, then when we arranged easier access once again agree to take it on, provide an estimate, ask us to choose pavers, and then go completely quiet again. I highly recommend John Paver at GreenScape. He recently did a total revamp of my garden. It was a challenging project, as the garden is on old brickworks and clay. He reused as much material as possible creating a garden on two levels, rather than the slope I had inherited built two large raised beds. John was also very generous with his advice of plants that would thrive in clay.

Had John round to cut a long, high laurel hedge surrounding our garden in Woodbury, wonderful job done and he took all the cuttings away for us too. We asked John to transform a long, randomly planted border into something more cohesive and easy to maintain. He advised on the correct plants and arranged them in a colour co-ordinated way. Our back garden had patios with different levels which made access difficult. This was transformed with decking to provide more consistent access to the garage, back door and patio door. He is a very friendly, tidy and professional landscaper whose work is of a high standard and we would be more than happy to use his services again.

John worked on his own in a difficult multi level site with limited access to restyle a paved patio with revision of brickwork and reusing sandstone slabs. John consulted to ensure he met expectations and overcame problems thoughtfully even when the weather was inclement. John has done an excellent job removing around a dozen trees and about twelve years’ vegetation from a bank at the bottom of our garden. At all stages of the work he explained what he was doing and made sure that if there were options, we were fully involved in what should be done. The standard of work is very high and everything is left tidy. We can’t wait for stage two when he will be planting the new occupants of the bank. It is great to have a garden path! Thanks to Greenscape for working so hard to meet our brief. The path looks good and certainly gives the garden a smart and aesthetically pleasing look. We were impressed to see the gang working on through hail, thunder and lightning to get the job done. We also felt that the attention to finish and detail was very good. We recommend Greenscape highly. We would certainly employ them to do more work in the future.

I had asked Greenscape to replace an elevated paved area bordered by a neglected rockery, with some tasteful and safe decking.The work was not without its challenges but the final result is superb. John paver is highly skilled, hardworking, imaginative and passionate about his work. His manners are excellent. Right from the beginning I felt I could trust him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any prospective customer.

I chose Greenscape because John Paver took the time to listen to what I wanted, unlike some people who tell you what they think you should have. He was easy to communicate with and came up with good ideas. For Hard Landscaping of New Garden.John and his team did an excellent job hard landscaping the garden with decking, paving and walls. The build was not easy with difficult access and frustrating weather but they produced great results with real attention to detail. He’s turned my garden into Bicton Gardens! I’m very impressed with his knowledge of plants and trees. He has a good eye for design without necessarily spending a lot of money. High quality pruning – such that the garden now looks completely different. He’s designed fencing that is rock solid (in an area where there had been a continuous problem with a wind tunnel). He finds solutions to practical issues. Not a hacker. A nice person, very professional, very reliable.
