  We used Gorilla grounds and Gardens on the recommendation of your booklet. They came yesterday, and replaced a whole length of fencing. They also replaced our flimsy metal gate with a good strong wooden one. They were very good, they just got cracking – worked flat out all day. They cleared up after themselves with no fuss and no bother. I can recommend them.

  Amazing team. Go to extreme lengths to get the finished result you want and are looking for. Very tidy and clean when on the job. Make every effort to fit into your schedule as much as possible and reasonably priced for great quality. Would 100% recommend this company for any garden work needing to be done and can’t say enough on how happy I am with the new decking . 5****

  Very impressed! I asked Brett to quote to clean the front of my house and clean the roof as we prepare to sell. He advised me against both – giving sound reasons as to why it would not be good value for my particular property. I really appreciated his honest, expert opinion and in the end I didn’t use his services. I offered to pay for his time but he insisted this was the free estimate that Gorilla always give.

  We had a fence erected at the front of the house. We asked them for a quote back in August, but we have only just had it done due to very lengthy waits for planning regulations – none of which were their fault. Despite this hold-up they were happy to keep to their original quote.When they came, six of them did it in one go – which was helpful because we are on a main road. They did a lovely job (about 15m of fence), and had to dig out quite a bit to put the fence where we wanted…. [read more]

  I couldn’t fault them – they even refused coffee and tea saying that they wanted to bash on. The fence looks wonderful.

  For 10m of 3ft picket fencing, a gate fitted and an archway created. They were absolutely amazing. I wanted a fence from the kitchen around the gravel and an arch to corner off the rest of the garden. That’s exactly what they did. They also installed two gates. The team were very nice – very well mannered, it was raining all day but they coped admirably.

  For repairing a fence and erecting a new gate. They’re very efficient – turn up when they say they will. They were a very pleasant team, and were very skilled at working out how to tackle problems and how they were going to fix the posts.They were very thoughtful about the boundary (and the drop to the neighbour’s ground) – and how to sink the posts into the ground without disturbing the neighbours’ brickwork.They had a very nice leader (Brett) who was very good with his team – he knows exactly what he’s doing, and has multiple skills.   the most appropriate gate – dealing with challenges for that – it had to open across a slope so they needed to cut away some of the base, and I didn’t want it attached to a specific wall. I’m female – they could have been very patronising but they took my concerns into account and were very open to discussion. They also cleared up well after themselves.

  I’ve just used Extra Hands for the first time. The team who came this morning were most efficient. Everything was so nice and easy – much better than the ladder and all the rest of it that I had before. They’re going to call me in January after all the leaves have fallen to look at it again. It gives great peace of mind, because we all have soakaways round here to stop things going down the drains – so they’re making sure all those pipes going down into the soakaway are clear, because they get hoovered up as well….   It’s been worth every penny that I paid for it. I can’t say how pleased I am, and I will tell everybody round here to get in touch with them.These men were so efficient – they were all nice men. They have a huge pipe machine, everything is vacuumed out of the gutters, then they clean them, then they buff them too – so they even clean the outside.They were so pleasant.

  I’m very pleased with the job they did. They cleaned the gutters and did power washing of the terrace. They moved things around so that they could clean them and I’m absolutely delighted – everything is beautifully clean.They were well mannered and really efficient. Brett was very straight forward and honest – I asked to book him again for later in the year, and he explained I wouldn’t need to get the pressure washing done again. I wouldn’t have known otherwise.

  He’s very good – he’s cleaned patios and paths and the drive. Prompt, efficient, removed dirt and grime that had been there 15 years – it’s now pristine!
