  Phoned Drain Wizard at 8am. Spoke to Gavin who said he would get a crew to me that morning. By 9am Rian arrived and quickly dealt with the blocked drain and cleaned and checked all the other manholes. Job completed by just after 10am at a very good price and Rian made sure there was no sign of him having completed the work on the drive are pathways.I cannot recommend Drain Wizard highly enough for both service and price.

  Very quick to respond, came the same day. Cleared the blockage after working really hard to find the source. Aaron was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Drain Wizard and would use them again without a second thought.

  I called Drain Wizard, after finding the details in My Local Expert, as we had a blocked drain. Aaron answered my call promptly and arrived within 45 mins. Within 30 minutes my drain had been unblocked. Aaron was also able to provide advice on monitoring the drain. A very happy and satisfied customer. Amazing service.

  Drain Wizard provided us with an excellent service on two occasions. The first time being there for when we moved in to a property with collapsing pitch fibre drains and further work eighteen months later. The guys who came were polite, friendly and informative about the work involved and advice freely given. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them from the work they carried out for us.

  Kitchen drainage crisis just before Christmas was going to make a load of trouble over the festival, but Aaron managed to make space in a busy schedule to expertly solve the problem within 24hours of calling ,with minimum fuss and disruption, and very reasonable charges.Thank you

  They did a superb job. We live in a detached property with a septic tank. I’m getting on and my daughter is disabled, so the drains going wrong was a major problem.Chris and Mat were absolutely wonderful. They put a camera up the drain and identified we had roots coming through. They were able to use an internal cutter, then clear the debris, before repairing the drains from the inside without removing the pipes. I was so relieved – I had expected I would need to remove my oak flooring.They left us with one working toilet while they worked,… [read more]and kept us informed throughout, showing us the pictures from the camera.They also suggested that we would probably be covered by our household insurance to pay for the work – which we were delighted to find out was correct!We thoroughly recommend them.
