  Laid a Laminate floor in our kitchen, with some quirky challenges as it’s an older property & the result is brilliant. Good to work with, and leaves everything clean and tidy. He’s coming back again to do more work. Would recommend.

  David recently laid an engineered oak floor in our sitting room and we could not be more pleased with the result. We purchased the flooring ourselves with his advice and guidance, and he carried out the installation.The work took three days, he was extremely methodical in his work, and always left the room clean and tidy, and rubbish removed, at the end of the day.At all times he communicated with us on options/choices etc. and his quality of work was first class.   We cannot speak highly enough of the service Dave has provided. He has just fitted over 60 square meters of Karndean Korlok LVT throughout our ground floor. Prior to fitting, he lifted and removed the old Parquet flooring, then sealed and levelled the whole area. He was a pleasure to have in our house, professional, punctual, and always clean and tidy. Dave’s attention to detail is first class. He was extremely polite and helpful in all our dealings with him and competitive in terms of cost. We recommend him without hesitation.

  A very good service from start to finish. We were guided through the various flooring options, and samples were provided for us. The job was carried out on time, and without any inconvenience to us. A quiet and methodical worker, Dave produced an excellent result, at very reasonable cost.   We cannot speak highly enough of the service Dave provided. He recently fitted over 70 square meters of engineered oak flooring in our house. He was a pleasure to work with-professional, punctual, tidy and clean. I was shocked by how clean and dust free the house was during the renovation. Dave is bordering on fastidious!   We employed Dave Mitchell three years to lay a laminate floor and were very pleased with the job. This October (2017) we were delighted to find he was still working in the area and he laid another laminate floor for us which we were also delighted with. He was so helpful as we had to get this job done almost immediately and he managed to squeeze us in amid all his other work. He is very friendly and polite and we can thoroughly recommend him.

  Professional and surprisingly cheap. Couldn’t believe the quality and the dedication that Dave puts in. Even when the floor had been fitted, he gave me ideas on how to maintain it.As my house was a bit fidgety and had a few problems with the concrete underneath, Dave explained all the possibilities and gave me all the options on how to overcome it.
