  The whole experience, from choosing the patio doors and windows and discussing “build time” to the actual installation was remarkably simple and straight forward. The surveyor explained all of our options and the price was very competitive when compared to the quotes received from other companies.
  The gentlemen who carried out the installations were very friendly, very professional. They were polite, kept any disruption to a minimum. and the whole experience was remarkably stress-free.
  Everyone in the company that we had dealings with were always helpful and had a very positive customer care ethos.

  Delux have been a pleasure to deal with. Jack has gone out of his way to assist, always responds quickly and has a can do attitude. Graham arrived on time and made short work of measuring up, was personable and helpful. George and Mark who did the installation for us were on time, polite, kept a tidy working area, were more than happy to answer questions and overall very professional. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend Delux to anyone and in fact have done so already.

  We had a new Solidor front door installed. We’re delighted with the result. Really fantastic service. The whole process was smooth and easy. Great communication at all times. We had a small alignment issue after the initial installation. But this was remedied extremely swiftly and easily. I would highly recommend Delux Windows, they’re a great team.

  Although Deluxe were not the cheapest in the quotes we received for complete new windows and a composite front door, we chose them due to the attention to detail, questions asked about what we wanted and a genuine apparent care about the work they do. It was a huge job, including two enormous one piece windows to protect our view, composite front door and new patio doors going in meaning the wall needed to be removed.   Although the office staff were great, I was disappointed that I ended up with a window which was narrow on the sides and wider on the top and bottom. I expressed my disappointment but was told the builder had changed the window, which was not the case.

  I am reasonably new to this area and needed some windows replaced. I found Delux windows through a local magazine. They offered excellent advice, and tolerated me changing my mind. On the day of installation, they arrived almost on time, installed a large picture window plus replaced some panes of glass. They were so efficient, and helpful. To avoid me needing to redecorate they used wider strips by the inside wall. I couldn’t believe they also hoovered before they left.   Delux replaced all our windows (some were from 1993…!) and our 25 year old uPVC sun lounge was given a completely new modern feel by keeping our solid roof but replacing the frame with some beautiful new aluminium sliding doors and a new solid wall to turn it more into an extension of our kitchen. The house already feels degrees warmer and looks so much better and we are already using our extension more than the living room!Delux did the bulk of the work very efficiently, with everything installed within a few days and Dan, Alan and Terry did everything… [read more]to an excellent standard! We appreciate all the individual components which go into this sort of work and things needing to be done in a certain order and at certain times. There could have been a little more communication on when people were going to turn up for the different jobs and as having never had building work before we didn’t know how and when everything would be done and as my husband and I both work full time we had to manage our diaries a bit in advance. However, everything panned out well in the end and it was all finished by the end of the second week (minus the painting I need to do!). We had a few queries and issues which were dealt with very quickly!It looks amazing and the work has been done to a very high standard and our cat loves the new warm extension 😀 I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Delux!Thank you for all your hard work!

  The Team were very professional during the site visit, explained all the options, highlighted any problems (ours!) and offered to quote for an installation. Quote accepted and an expected delivery date would be 4-6weeks. Date for fitting was set and the 2 installers arrived as arranged. The installers completed the fitting having overcome the usual snags, even rerendering the window reveal that came down having already been damaged prior to install.The install was very well finished off, in a timely manner, with all rubbish being removed and the windows cleaned.The whole Team, sales and fitters were very professional, courteous and… [read more]easy to deal with throughout the whole experience.Having now been exposed to 40Deg temps, lashing wind and rain it still looks very good.   For a new front door and a balcony double glazed screen.Graham was keen to meet our needs and not sell us up. It was also the best quotation that we had.Excellent delivery times.We now have a great new front door and glass balcony panel within budget, on time and fitted by a person that was professional and did an excellent job. He was easy to have around, polite, friendly and his work clean.   Delux Windows recently fitted a new composite front door. The work it’s self was done well but I had to do a lot of chasing to get the work done. I was originally told 6-8 weeks from when the door was ordered. Initially they were very communicative when securing the job, then I heard nothing. Eventually I emailed asking for an update, which received no response. I then called them and was told they were running late with work and that they would send through some dates for me. This never came and a follow up email was ignored meaning… [read more]I had to call again. In the end it was 13 weeks until installation and only after me chasing. I wouldn’t have minded if they had just kept me informed along the way. They did give me a small discount when prompted.

  After speaking with several other companies who said that they could not provide accessible thresholds due to potential water ingres I was very pleased to find Delux Windows who said that they could. Graham visited my property, and worked very hard to make the 4 replacement doors as accessible as possible. The doors are now installed and have vastly improved the ease of use and safety of front, back, conservatory, and garage doors.

  Very good quality external door, and door furniture. Graham was very knowledgable and helpful whilst we were making decisions on exactly what we wanted.   Graham and his team, delivered an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact through, estimate, detailed quote, measure up- and instillation. Everything about this company is genuine and high quality, all members of the team were friendly and happy to help and offer advice.
